AI Platform · built and operated by NGCI
NextGen Consulting builds production AI for government and commercial teams — cost-controlled, observable, and governed at the database layer. Not slideware. Every module on this page is live. Open one and try it.
Proof
Two complete systems, built by NGCI, in production today. They are the portfolio — and the reason every claim on this page is something we've already done, not something we hope to.
The full government-contracting, commercial, and staffing lifecycle — lead to award to delivery to recompete — runs on NGOS. Around 100 connected data tables, AI drafting across the workflow, and governance written as hard database rules. The connected record compounds into a moat a competitor can't copy.
AI voter and constituent intelligence, in production in the field today, on the same governance discipline as NGOS: AI drafts, a human sends, every action is consent-clean and logged. Proof the platform holds up in the most accountability-sensitive arena there is.
The AI Platform
Adopt one or the whole suite. Cost, trust, observability, and orchestration sell together as the platform; Corpus and Gate attach to them. Each opens a working demo — real logic running in your browser, no sign-up.
Route every task to the right model instead of the most expensive one. See what premium-everything is costing you — with real published prices.
Try the savings calculatorScan every prompt for sensitive data before it reaches a model. PII and CUI caught and redacted, with the governed controls that gate it.
Try the sensitive-data scanSee model, cost, and quality on every call. Spend by model and task, plus the step-by-step trace of any run.
Open the dashboardYour AI retrieves only what it's cleared to see. Unapproved, expired, and CUI documents are refused — even when they're the best match.
Search the corpusNo one approves their own work — enforced as a database rule, not a policy. The guarantee that lets you delegate execution to a wider team without losing control. Try to approve your own item and watch it stop you.
Try the gateRun legitimate data work lights-out — no scraping, enforced in the database — while every decision only a human may make lands in one inbox with its draft prepared, and one switch halts all automated writes.
Try the orchestration demoThe full platform
The five live modules above are the front door. Underneath them, NGOS runs 50+ modules — grouped into the capability areas below — plus NEMS, a full ISO/CMMI management system that governs the whole platform — across the business lifecycle. Adopt any one, bundle several into a solution, or have us build something custom on the same spine.
Solutions
Named bundles of the modules above, packaged for a specific buyer and outcome — sold with a person, not a checkout button.
The GovCon proposal motion end to end — compliance matrix, AI drafting, reusable past performance, color-team review, and pricing — on a governed corpus. Now with recompete radar and an opportunity compliance scan (eligible vs. gap).
Recruiting and staffing with semantic + skill-graph matching, résumé tailoring, and EEOC-safe dispositions enforced in the database. Now with one-click submittal, auto-match on open requirements, a redeployment watcher, and credential/clearance currency.
The full commercial demand motion — capture, cadences, deals, quote-to-cash — with deliverability guardrails and attribution, in one connected system.
Voter and constituent intelligence with governed outreach, relationship scoring, and analytics — proven in production.
The market-agnostic build of the lifecycle for commercial, education, energy, healthcare, and nonprofit — solicitation-aware from day one.
Need something built to fit? We engineer it on the spine NGOS proves — connected data, AI-as-draft, governance in the database. The thirty modules are the menu.
Why NGCI
Most vendors put governance in app code an engineer can switch off. We put the hardest rules in the database, where an application bug or a future feature can't bypass them. That's the backbone of the trust product — and the reason you can hand execution to a wider team without losing control.
Enterprise Management System
The controls above aren't bolted on — they come from a full management system. Every SOP, control, and record NGCI operates by lives inside NGOS: ISO 9001 / 27001 / 42001 and CMMI-aligned, approved through maker-checker, kept continuously audit-ready. The same governance backbone can run your organization. Built and rehearsal-proven; productizing now.
Industries
The platform is built to serve any market. We lead with the ones our systems already run in, and the same engine extends to the rest.
Live sectors our own systems run in today · the rest run on the same engine.

This policy applies to the ngci.ai website, including its informational pages and the interactive demonstrations of our AI platform modules (NGCI Router, Guard, Lens, Corpus, Gate, Orchestration, and Compliance & Credentials). It does not cover NGCI's internal systems, separately governed client engagements, or third-party sites we may link to.
Information you give us. When you complete the contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, organization, and a description of what you would like to run or discuss. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about our products and services.
Demonstration inputs stay in your browser. The interactive demos on this site run entirely in your browser. Anything you type into a demo — for example, text you scan with the Guard module or figures you enter into the savings calculator — is processed locally on your device to produce the demonstration. That content is not transmitted to us, stored on our servers, or retained by this website.
Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this only for security, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate site usage.
Contact-form submissions are routed into NGCI's internal business systems, where a person reviews and responds to them. We treat this information as confidential business correspondence. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others' advertising.
We share personal information only in limited circumstances: with service providers who help us operate the site or communicate with you (and who are bound to protect it); in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition; or when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NGCI, our users, or others.
We keep contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and thereafter as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices" below).
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@ngciglobal.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as required by law.
This site is designed to be lightweight. It does not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data. Any cookies or local storage used are limited to what is necessary for the site to function. The interactive demos do not place persistent tracking on your device.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

ngci.ai is an informational and demonstration website for NGCI's AI platform. The demos compute results locally in your browser to show how each module behaves. Outputs are illustrative and may be simplified. You should not rely on demo outputs for operational, legal, financial, employment, or compliance decisions.
Do not enter real sensitive or regulated data — such as personal information about others, protected health information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or confidential third-party material — into the demos. Use representative or sample text instead.
